Why should I pre-order a product?
Because you can be assured than when all shipments reached the Philippines, your orders are tagged PRIORITY. You see, our product postings in shopee, if not out of stock, are often limited. In fact, there are products that are not posted on shopee simply because as soon as it arrives in the Philippines most of our valued clients snag them. Some are just ruthless in buying them all. “Pakyawan” so to speak.
We offer extra discount on top of your purchase. If you still don’t have a promo coupon. You may use “INTRO” as our introductory sale or you can send us a PM and we will give you one.
When you placed a pre-order, it is our commitment and our responsibility to ensure that you get the products. We don’t stop updating you and letting you know the status of the shipment.
When will I receive my pre-ordered products?
Once your pre-ordered item is available, you will be notified with an e-mail that it has been shipped. It should be delivered on or around our scheduled Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs). Please note that in some cases, products may have a brief shipping delay.
Do you offer warehouse pick up for pre-orders?
Yes, our warehouse is located in the Mandaluyong City, we have customers who opt to visit our warehouse to save on shipping costs and we support that specially if the items are just too heavy and bulky.
Where can I view my pre-order items so I can cancel them?
For items pre-ordered online, you can check it by logging in to your account at “My Account” section. You can also send us an email request to formalize the request. Although, please note that we charge 30% stocking fee on the full amount of your order. Meaning if you ordered Php1000 worth of goods and paid in full or in partial, we will only return Php700 as it already incurred us costs.
What do I do if I still haven’t received my pre-order?

If you have received your shipping notification and the release date has passed: Please log into your account on our website to check the shipping status – your order may be waiting for you at your local post office. If your item isn’t at the post office, contact our customer service department at +639258722988 or at Viber/Line 09258722988 to make a lost shipment claim and we’ll help you track it down.
